  A great moment in this cocktail bar of Sibiu. The decor is beautiful, the baramns and the service are very professional, the cocktails really fantastic! Maybe the best cocktail bar I've ever been to (and I travel a lot!). A must, to do absolutely!

  Classy bar in the old town center, with a timeless, 1930s hollywood kind of feel. Nice decor, large variety of drinks, friendly staff. At the higher end of the price range but worth visiting on special occasions.

  This is latest gem I discovered in Sibiu, I absolutely love this place for so many reasons, but above all, I recommend them for what they have to offer, how they offer it and the awesome place they do it in! Aaaaand, because they are eco-friendly dudes! First of all, since I don't drink alcohol, they could fantastically accommodate my need to try an interesting cocktail. Not to forget that we were welcomed with a glass of water with chia seeds, hmmm, fancy, right? Nonetheless, a great plus of this place is that you can actually explore different cocktails, with or without alcohol, and mind you, these are not the usual ones you might have tried so far. So, they have an eclectic collection of base drinks, syrups, fruits and fizzy wonders to do their magic. I am not a bartender to be able to explain it all, but the staff, the two guys who opened this place up and their awesome help, love to present and give you the story of the drink you are having. Moreover, they are so passionate about what they are doing that they pay attention to every single detail of their flawless service, it really made me feel like a VIP 🙂 I definitely appreciate the ambiance and they way they decorated the place, I love the fact that they are supporting and encouraging local artists, and they are changing the paintings every month, so the experience and vibe of the place constantly changes. Last, but not least, they have a no plastic policy, so all their straws are made from bamboo, dried stems of different plants or paper, and I really do think that we need to encourage them and ask for this in every single place we go! I definitely give Ellixirz all the stars that you can see on a summerˈs night! 🙂
